On Sunday, February 18, 2024, Turvo will conduct scheduled platform maintenance. The maintenance window will start at 12:01 AM EDT to 4:30 AM EDT.. The earlier maintenance window was scheduled for February 11, 2024, but is now rescheduled for February 18. During the maintenance window, the Turvo Platform (app.turvo.com) will be unavailable and will display a maintenance message when users attempt to log in. The Turvo Mobile App and Driver App will also be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. Required actions: Required Actions for Overnight API Jobs If you run overnight API jobs, you will need to pause these jobs before the maintenance window begins and resume them after the maintenance ends. We will provide additional details on these required actions in a follow-up communication. If you do not run overnight API jobs, you do not need to take any actions to prepare for this maintenance window. After the window is complete, all services will be restored and we will send you confirmation so you can resume your API jobs. All queued tasks, jobs, and data will be processed when the system is back online. We apologize for rescheduling the maintenance window and will keep you informed about any changes or updates to the schedule.
