This is a reminder that there is an upcoming maintenance window scheduled for Feb 2, 2025, from 12:01 AM to 04:30 AM Eastern Time. If you run overnight Public API jobs to send or receive data, you will need to pause these jobs before the maintenance window begins and resume them after the maintenance window ends. If you do not pause or halt scheduled overnight API jobs during the maintenance, the API calls will result in 5xx server errors and you will have to restart the jobs to send or receive data after the maintenance window is over. If you do not run overnight API jobs, no action is needed to prepare for this maintenance window. All services will be restored once the window is completed. Unless otherwise informed, you can resume your API jobs at that time. Please contact your CSM or Turvo representative if you have questions regarding this maintenance window
