Schedule/description of work

On Sunday June 4, 2023 between 12am-2am EDT the Turvo Platform will be undergoing our regularly scheduled Maintenance Window. During this Maintenance Window, Turvo will migrate the Timeline Activity database from self-hosted Mongodb to hosted Mongo Atlas. Due to dependencies of our platform services on this database, Turvo Platform will experience planned downtime. During the Maintenance Window the Turvo Platform (app.turvo.com) will present a maintenance page and our API integrations will be temporarily unavailable. Once services are restored, Turvo will expedite processing of any API message backlog with the highest priority.
