Schedule/description of work

Turvo's has planned a maintenance activity on one of the instances which is responsible for holding queues related to location pings received from different telematics providers/driver app Impacted Area : Telematics integration (e.g. location data providers), Driver App Impacted Customers : All Broker tenants Impact : ~ 20-30 minutes delay in reflecting the location ping information to Turvo. Total duration - ~30 min, Aug 22, Sunday 1 AM - 1:30 AM EST Background: Turvo's hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS) notified us that they have a failing appliance which is supporting some of the servers which support our track telematics service. So this maintenance is to restart those virtual servers so that they restart on new underlying AWS hardware. AWS gave Turvo only until next Friday 8/27 to do this otherwise the instance would go down permanently as AWS will remove their failing hardware from service. Sunday was determined to be the best and least impactful time.
