REMINDER on the upcoming maintenance activity taking place on Sunday 06/19/22 from 12:01am-2am EDT. Turvo is making changes to one of our core databases (SQL) and due to the dependencies of our platform services on this database, a maintenance downtime is required. The goal is to perform DB maintenance to the system to prepare for future capacity requirements. During the maintenance window the Turvo Platform (app.turvo.com) will present a maintenance page and our API integrations will be temporarily unavailable. Once back up, Turvo will expedite processing of any API message backlog with the highest priority.
