Monitoring — Root Cause: As part of our normal operations, Turvo backend platform services have self-healing abilities. Unfortunately, a recent configuration to our virtual server/container launch automation contained a programmatic error. The result is that, when our Turvo platform services performed routine self-healing on Monday during business hours, the self-healing service launched unhealthy virtual servers/containers which contained the configuration error. The resulting impact was that the Turvo platform became unstable and eventually and outage occurred. Turvo is conducting a comprehensive review of this configuration error and will ensure measures are put in place to avoid a recurrence in the future.
