Monitoring — Systems are back to normal and we continue to monitor closely. Root cause appears to be related to a runaway / malformed query which overwhelmed a subset of Turvo web platform services impacted website performance, and is similar to the issue which occurred on 08NOV21. Turvo's Engineers are working to isolate the condition so we can filter it and/or limit it's frequency. Thanks for your patience!
