Monitoring — As of approximately 12pm EDT all app.Turvo.com services have been restored. Only the website was impacted (e.g. log in to app.turvo.com, scheduling, searches, etc). No public API integrations were impacted. The length of the incident was approximately 20 minutes.

Identified — We have identified the issue and the site is coming back online. Teams continue work work urgently to ensure all services are fully restored. Thanks for your patience!

Investigating — Turvo is aware of the issue and has declared a SEV1 incident to investigate and resolve the issue. At approximately 8:35am EDT Turvo detected that a critical service supporting the Turvo Platform website (app.turvo.com) had become unhealthy. The Turvo SRE team immediately began investigating, however the Turvo Platform website, app.turvo.com because unavailable a few minutes later. As a result, at approximately 11:40am EDT - Turvo declared a Sev1 outage.
