Resolved — We have identified the cause of the issue and a hotfix will be released immediately. In the meantime Turvo has mitigated the impact and closely monitors the health and performance of our system. The issue will be marked as 'revolved' for now pending the hotfix since our Platform is back to normal performance levels.
Monitoring — Our systems are normalizing and our Platform queues are clearing. Turvo will continue to monitor our systems closely until the issue is resolved. New updates will be provided as they become available.
